Maths exercises

How far do we live?
Last year, very few students had done this exercise because they did not know where our partners' towns were located. Therefore I have told them this year to find where are situed the towns with an encyclopedia before calculating their distances.
In class I used for the first time a public website ViaMichelin in the English version to check the pupils' answers. The pupils reacted as their answers were different so we discussed about that.

Welcome in Brittany
This year, as I wanted to prevent them from being influenced; our students first created their works and only afterwards did I show them what our last year's students had created
Each pupil chose the two exercises he or she wanted to resolve. Then I wrote all their answers on the board so they were more motivated because they wanted to win.
