The harmony of the human body

Adolf Zeising (1810-1876), a German philosopher, stated that a human body is well-proportioned if the following ratio are more or less equal to the golden number:

slash and slash
distance ground-bellybutton   distance bellybutton-top of the skull

The measurements will be given to the nearest centimetre and the ratio to the nearest millimetres.
